Privacy Policy

This policy explains what The Simple Sleep Switch ("we", "us") collects when you visit simplesleepswitch.com, buy the product, or use the Switch app, and what we do with it. Questions: sweetdreams@simplesleepswitch.com.
What we collect, and why
When you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, country and the payment amount. We never see or store your full card number. We use this to deliver what you bought, send receipts, handle refunds and answer support emails.
Emails. We use your email address to send your app link, setup steps for your phone, and a few short check-ins during and after your reset. We use Klaviyo to send these. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
On the website. We record anonymous page events (page viewed, offer viewed, checkout started, purchase) with a random session ID, the referring page and any campaign tags in the link. This tells us which pages and ads work. It is not linked to your name or email.
Advertising. We may use the Meta pixel on our pages to measure ad results and show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies for this. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
The Switch app. Your answers, your plan and your progress are saved on your own device, in your browser's storage. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or using "Delete my data" in the app, removes them. The "who this isn't for" questions before checkout are not stored.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't ask for health records. We don't use your data for anything beyond running and improving this product and its marketing.
Who we share with
Only the services that run the business: Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (email), Zoho (our support inbox), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Meta (ad measurement). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your email and purchase-related data at any time, except what we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
Email sweetdreams@simplesleepswitch.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from all email. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have further rights, and we'll honor them.
Children
This product is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
